2015 FAMILY REUNION

Happy New Year Family & Friends,

We have been busy with preparations to serve as your, 2015 hosts for our annual

“Griffin, Ward & Price

Family

Reunion”. We are very excited and plan to make this event an enjoyable time in Virginia Beach, VA.

This year’s

reunion theme is “WE ARE FAMILY-AIN’T NO STOPPING US NOW” and the tee shirts will be

purple with white lettering. We have been working very diligently to keep the expenses at a minimum but

because Virginia Beach is a tourist city during the summer this was a difficult task, especially trying to get

accommodations on the beach. Nevertheless the hotel we have contracted with is within a 15 minute ride

to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. We have blocked off some rooms but ask that you make reservations

ASAP due to the summer being a busy season they are guaranteed to sell out of rooms.

$139.00 per night plus taxes (single and double occupancy)

Cut off date to reserve rooms is June 30, 2015

Reunion Registration Fee is $90.00 for adults and $45.00 for children ages 4-11. This fee will include:

T-shirt (if child 3 & under you will need to purchase t-shirt only)

Thursday: Refreshments during registration & Get Acquainted Evening (hotel)

Friday: Cookout at Mount Trashmore (catered), Virginia Beach, 12 Noon

– 5 pm

Saturday: Dinner

—Banquet 6PM @ hotel (buffet)

REGISTRATION FEES ARE DUE & PAID IN FULL BY JUNE 30, 2015

Enclosed is the registration form that we are asking to be returned no later than June 30, 2015 along with

your payments which can be check or money orders. You can also call Cecelia Carelock with credit or debit

card information and she can process while on phone but you will still need to mail, email or fax your

registration form to her. All payments that are received and if registration form has an email address we

will email receipts. We know this may be costly to some and we want all of you to attend so we are willing

to accept partial payments until you pay off your registration fees in full. We asked that you be prompt in

submitting registrations and fees so it will allow us sufficient time to order the t-shirts and allow us enough

notice if we have to change to another banquet room due to responses. Please note additional t-shirts can

be purchased on the registration form.

PLEASE NOTE ON THE REGISTRATION FORM IF YOU HAVE A FOOD

ALLERGY SO SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE IN ADVANCE.

Also on the registration form please make note of any births, graduations, marriages or announcements

since the August 2014

– August 2015.

Registration will begin at noon in Hospitality Room (front desk can give you location info upon arrival).

Although check-in does not begin until 3 PM please join us in this room for refreshments and relaxation

until check-in. We will also have this same hospitality room for Get Acquainted Family Night on Thursday

evening which will consist of games and refreshments. We also have the hospitality room for Friday

evening if family wants to socialize instead of being in your rooms or in the lobby

.
